Return Parts Authorisation
- Please contact Sydney Appliance prior to returning parts for authorisation on (02) 9546 4444 or email spares@sydapp.com.au.
Returns
Parts Ordered In Error
- Parts ordered in error can be returned within 7 working days and must be in original packaging. Please contact us for authorisation. A 30% restocking fee applies, excluding freight charges.
- If the parts are returned after 30 calendar days from receipt of goods, Sydney Appliance reserves the authority to decline the credit.
- All incidental costs associated with returning parts to Sydney Appliance are the responsibility of the customer.
Parts Supplied Incorrectly by Sydney Appliance
- If an incorrect part is received, the customer must contact Sydney Appliance within 7 working days to arrange a return for the correct part or a refund (return authorisation required).
Parts Short Supplied by Sydney Appliance
- All parts should be inspected for quantity received at the time of delivery. If parts are short supplied by Sydney Appliance, the customer must notify a Sydney Appliance customer service representative within 7 working days of the invoice date. Sydney Appliance will investigate the stock shortage and supply the missing parts to the customer at no additional cost.
- If the shortage is due to the transport company, Sydney Appliance will need to lodge a claim with the relevant transport company.
Parts Supplied Damaged
- If the customer receives damaged parts they must take photos of the packaging and damaged parts and emailed to spares@sydapp.com.au with proof of purchase.
Parts Condition
- All parts ordered correctly or in error must be returned unused and in an undamaged condition (unless received damaged by the courier company).
- All parts supplied in sealed packaging (security seal), including electrical components, will not be accepted for credit once opened unless negotiated on an individual basis.
Special Ordered Parts
- No credit supplied on special ordered parts.
Return to Sender (RTS) Fee
- Any parcels returned to sender (RTS) due to non-collection from the Post Office or incorrect delivery address information will incur a return-to-sender fee if redelivery is required.

We also have the ability to source stock lines with an efficient turnaround time of 1–3 business days, subject to availability. Currently, we are the only spare parts specialist committed to delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction, something that seems to be lacking in today’s scenario.
As an industry leader, we are dedicated to giving advice on everything from replacement of appliance spare parts in Sydney to household appliance repair. Our suppliers deliver most items directly to us, allowing them to be made available to you within 1–3 working days without additional delivery charges. This helps reduce both delivery times and costs.
We supply spare parts across various metropolitan areas of Australia via courier. All electrical products carry a 3-month replacement warranty (provided they are fitted by a licensed electrician). These products are supplied directly from the manufacturer or supplier. No warranty is provided on cosmetic products unless they are damaged during delivery.
Due to the high volume of products, it is difficult to upload every item to our website. However, our friendly spare parts interpreters are always available to assist with spare part ordering, repairs, or general advice.
Along with supplying domestic appliance spare parts, we also have on-site engineers who are experts in household appliance repairs. As such, we provide excellent appliance repair services throughout Sydney.

Additional Warranty Information
- Except for plastic shelving, cosmetic/plastic accessories, plastic bottle guards, gaskets and seals, all other accessories and parts have a 3 month warranty.
- Sydney Appliance Service accepts no responsibility for any food spoilage or damage caused by product manufacturing defects.
Limited 3 Month Warranty
- If a manufacturing defect occurs within 3 months from the date of purchase, we will provide a replacement part at no additional charge (the part must be fitted by a licensed electrician).
- Return the defective part to Sydney Appliance Service with a copy of purchase receipt as a proof.
- This warranty is not liable for damages that occur due to incorrect installation, improper maintenance and negligence.
- The warranty does not include the cost of returning defective parts to Sydney Appliance Service, nor labour costs associated with uninstalling or reinstalling the appliance. Recovery of incidental or consequential damage is also excluded.
