The charge below is for one appliance service and covers any subsequent visits.
$165.00 Incl GST
The fee for the appliance service call is $165.00 (incl. GST). The service call fee will only cover the Technician’s travel to the address, diagnosing the problem, and providing a cost estimate for the parts and labour required to make the repair. The service call fee is payable regardless of whether the cost estimate for the appliance service work is accepted or declined. However, if there are multiple appliances, an additional technician is required or parking charges are incurred, these can be applied over and above the service call.
For all Miele products, dishwashers, and cooking appliances, the appliance service call is $175.00 inc GST. The fee includes 30 minutes of labour. Additional labour above 30 minutes is charged at $20 per 10 minutes.
