How do I find my Fujitsu model and part number?

Your system has two model numbers, one for the indoor unit and one for the outdoor unit, and GENERAL Australia asks for both when you make a warranty claim. You can also match the part number printed on the old part.

Is Fujitsu now GENERAL Australia?

Yes. Fujitsu General Australia changed its trading name to GENERAL Australia on 1 January 2026, and its air conditioners are now sold as General Airstage (formerly Fujitsu). If your system is still under GENERAL’s 5 year parts and labour warranty, contact GENERAL first.

Ordering, delivery and returns

• Sourcing: we can source stock lines within 1 to 3 business days, subject to availability.
• Parts ordered in error: can be returned within 7 working days in the original packaging, with our authorisation first. A 30% restocking fee applies, excluding freight.
• Sealed electrical parts: parts supplied in sealed packaging, including electrical components, can’t be returned for credit once opened, unless agreed individually.
• Special ordered parts: no credit.
