Following is a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made from Sydney Appliance Service
1. Orders & Delivery:
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Sydney Appliance Service. Generally, orders will be provisioned and fulfilled within one business day or if received out of business hours then the next business day also pending stock availability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sydney Appliance Service will deliver the Products to the buyer’s premises during business hours. The invoice will be included with the package. Standard delivery fee of $17 (include GST) applies for small satchel deliveries & larger items will be quoted prior. Sydney Appliance Service may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. Sydney Appliance Service may refuse an order for any product at its sole discretion if it believes that the order contravenes Sydney Appliance Service Acceptable Usage Policy or might be a fraudulent order.
2. Returns & Refunds
Order cancellations are subject to Sydney Appliance Service prior approval.
A handling fee of 30% of the total order must be paid (deducted from the value of the returned products) if you cancel your order.
All return parts for refund must be in its original state & original packaging sealed.
Any refunds that are required will be processed only to the same method used to make the order. This includes to the same credit card number / account if the payment was by credit card. In the event that the card is lost, stolen or cancelled Sydney Appliance Service may require confirmation from the card provider or issuing bank for any change.
3. Prices, Payment & Credit Card Information
For each order, you must pay:

All personal and credit card information provided to Sydney Appliance Service is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We only accept payments using the methods stated in the orders & payment section of this website.
You credit card information will be processed by the payment provider that you select during the check-out process. All payment providers used by Sydney Appliance Service are PCI DSS Compliant. Sydney Appliance Service is also PCI DSS Compliant. Sydney Appliance Service will not store your credit card data in our website or web servers.
Payment must be cleared before the part(s) are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with Sydney Appliance Service.

5. Your Account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Sydney Appliance Service in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Sydney Appliance Service may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
6. Images and specifications
Images that are displayed on the Sydney Appliance Service websites are for informational and marketing purposes and do not represent the actual contents of a product or service. Please refer to the detail product description and the Additional Product Information for specifications. The features and functions of individual products may be changed or updated from time to time.
Any liability of Sydney Appliance Service in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Sydney Appliance Service be limited to: 1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

11. Credit Card Data and PCI DSS Compliance
Sydney Appliance Service hosting environment and ecommerce software packages are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, you can find out more from their website at www.pcisecuritystandards.org.
Our website and hosting service provider undergoes an annual PCI compliance review using a Qualified Security Audit company which is BEA Systems.
SERVICE & SPARE PARTS: While Sydney Appliance Service will use reasonable commercial endeavors to have all necessary spare parts available for the purpose of service, Sydney Appliance Service is not liable for delays due to sourcing of unusual parts which are required, or due to circumstances beyond the control of Sydney Appliance Service.
PCI DSS requires that you do not store credit card data unencrypted on your website. This includes where credit card information might be added to notes on orders or customer records Sydney Appliance Service will scan for credit card data on a regular basis and hash out (destroy) the card number that is stored. Sydney Appliance Service reserves the right, without recourse, to take offline any online store that is found to be storing credit card data until the situation has been rectified.
